Facebook update the National Council Chamber: résumé of a session visit
So far so good. Rather interesting and thoughtful, however, was operated as this afternoon.
I was again aware that yes, the term of Parliament "parlare" comes from. The attending parliamentarians (so I do not mean those who were staying at this afternoon in the House of Parliament, but those who enjoyed themselves in the National Hall) jabbered, discussed, lamented openly - it is reminiscent of a kindergarten - with each other, so that the audience Tribune spokesman from the bulk of the content could not be accepted. It is noted that each round 50% of those present in the hall its speakers brought against any attention. It was a misconception that would get attention when Widmer-Schlumpf, Federal Councillor spoke. After all, the athletic program was not too short - the members of the National Councils dives on the eve of voting in the hall to the people's will still be represented by a button and exit immediately to the hall again. It did not matter that the votes not previously exported outside of the room were audible. Sure, it is already the question of whether it is better to leave the room or to update the hall's own Facebook page (SP-popular pastime of a representative) to play Sudoku make phone calls or read newspapers (primarily Le Temps and Tages Anzeiger. ch). That the audience, however, had to deposit their mobile phones at the entrance, is worthy of no comment.
Maybe I can see these issues too narrow. But I wonder how the efficiency can be increased in the Capitol. The special session that was the ultimate there to reduce the backlog! Obviously, opinions are already formed before the individual votes, so that could still be in the interests of efficiency transferred directly to vote. Because of this extremely questionable afternoon, the federal government "registered" National Councils and Nationalrätinnen with daily allowance had a total of approximately compensate CHF 70,000 (excluding the base salary, pension, annual allowance for staff and operating expenses, accommodation and food allowance).
